How to align words in Microsoft word
Today, we're diving into the essential art of text alignment in Microsoft Word. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, mastering the alignment game is crucial. Imagine crafting documents with text seamlessly aligned left, right, or perfectly centered-all at your fingertips.

1. Open your Word document.
2. Select the text that you want to change the alignment of the text.
3. Click on the Home tab at the top.
4. Right now, the text alignment of the selected text is Justify.
5. To change the alignment, click on the Left align text in the Paragraph section.
6. Let’s change this text alignment from Left to Center by clicking on this Center align text icon.
7. Similarly, you can change the text alignment from Center to Right align text or Justify.
8. Let’s see another way to change the text alignment.
9. Click on the Page Layout tab at the top menu.
10. Click on this small icon in the Page Setup section to open the page setup dialogue box.
11. Click on the Layout tab if it is not selected.
12. In the Page section, click on the drop-down list of vertical alignment.
13. Let’s select this Center alignment option, and click on the OK button.
14. This action will align your text in the center vertically of the page.
15. Click again on the page setup dialogue box at the top to open it.
16. Change the text alignment from Center to Justify.
17. Please give a little attention to the text alignment, and see how it is changing on the page.
18. By following these easy steps, you can change the text alignment as per your needs.
