for people who misses lethal so make sure ur without shift lock while doing flowing water and lethal and make it look like a 2d game (ur camera) then after u do flowing water right before last bang (0.09seconds smth) hold d or a and sidedash (dont let go of d/a) and use lethal (use sidedash and lethal at the same time) if ur still missing that means ur doing lethal slow or sidedash timing is wrong hope it helps cuz it helped me.

Isnt it the other way around? When a person is lagging it’s way easier to do Kyoto, you just don’t sidedash or 90 degree turn, you just hit flowing water and then lethal immediately, it’s way easier than a person with low ping

Me personally I don't know if this is good or not, but I punch them and after the third hit i do lethal first and the flowing water afterwards which is much easier in my opinion.

Your wrong I'm not hating I just noticed when u said*u can't land Kyoto on public survers* well your wrong u can if there laggy you don't need to side dash and spam lethal if there not u can side dash and private survers is pretty hard but if you do it on a dummy u can't do it because the dummies ping is 1% I land Kyoto in a dummy 3 times but it's hard
