How To Analyse Your Redbubble Data with Google Analytics

In this video, we will be looking a little deeper into how to make sense of your google analytics reports linked to your Redbubble or Teepublic stores. I'll also show you how to check your ratio of views to sales. A very interesting statistic to get a sense of how many of your views are converting to sales.

Setup a goal against page views on checkout/success You'll get a new widget on your dashboard and you can filter page views against goals. Super handy

Do we just create destination page checkout/success as a goal? I did this but my earlier goal completion are not showing. So, just want to check if it shows earlier goals (before creating the goal) or if there's something I'm doing wrong.

Interesting. 10% seems good. I wonder if knowing views to sales you could do some ads to push more sales. If targeted properly and knowing you’re going to get 10% sales per view

Exactly. If you can be sure of at least 10% conversion, then it will be all about getting more eyes on your designs 👍

Great video. Couple of questions. 1) Have you removed yourself-setup a filter in google analytics to remove your own IP address from the results. 2) Did you do something, change something which resulted in the greatly increased views to your store? Thx

I'm not sure what you're implying, but to be clear, this is a live view of my main Redbubble store. I haven't doctored anything

@@RoguePixel Hi, not implying anything. You appear to have a taken a simple straightforward question the wrong way for some reason. Google analytics counts your own visits to your own store on redbubble unless you set up a filter in GA to remove your IP address. Were you aware of this? If not then it would be useful to add it and perhaps you could mention this in a future video. Otherwise your viewers might setup GA on their RB and think they are getting more visits then they really are.

@@jessicalove9273 AAAh Gotcha! Read your first comment again - it really sounded like you were implying I had done something to make it seem I had more views. I get what you meant now - but that comment still reads strangely to me. Apologies. Good point though - and no, those views include my own visits - I didn't even consider my own visits when recording this, and I'll definitely explore hiding my own visits in the future for a more accurate report :)

This month out of 213 users, 6 were translated into sales, which is 2.8% ig.. pretty low, but I'll work on this.
