Whenever i try and "create Linked Animation Sequence" Or "bake animation" UE5 Freezes !? I tried updating my graphics drivers, and it worked.. once! Now the problem persist... i cant animate ! Help! Does anyone know how to fix this ?

unreal freeze or crash? do you see anything useful in the log?

The were no crash log, just a hard freeze :( Eventually I fund out in Windows screen setting AND Nvidia 3d settings, there is an option to choose either intergrated graphics card or the Nvidia. Changing both these settings from "auto choose" to Nvidia card seems to have solved it 😅👍

Yes, but you will have to create the rig

or do them on ue5 skeleton and then retarget to your skeleton

@@josephzhou5026 yes or just use the ue5 third person already built in Rig just copy the ik and rename it ,and by just replacing the ik skeleton (asset actions via matrix property and replace) and you have a full ik already done in few seconds :)

How did you avoid the problem you addressed another of your videos? kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZSTZqNoZZyql9Esi=jHRUjeFOtKrdLVa9 Despite using the ik controls in the control rig, the ik bones don't move where the feet are until I bake to an fk control rig and do as you did in the linked video. When i bake to an fk control rig, the mesh distorts around many other joints. It seems the best way is to simply avoid the linked video's problem, but I'm missing something.

can't you apply the same method i did in linked video to avoid that?

When I use a fk control rig, I can fix the feet as you did. However, I then get distortions on other joints, namely the shoulders and elbows.
