Super cool, but I couldn’t charge enough to cover the time it takes to edit this. Virtual staging stills is still a tough sell in my area unfortunately

I understand what you're saying but something I learned over time is that realtors want (and do) what other realtors have (and do). If no one is doing virtual staging then other realtors may not see that as a viable add-on. But as soon as one agent does it then others will follow, wanting to compete in the same or better way. So all you need is to sell the idea to one of your clients (at an initial discount, perhaps) and you will inevitably see others in your area soon want the same. I saw this firsthand many years ago when my area didn't use high-end photography (like flambient), simply because no one was doing it. But once I started doing it for a few clients, the floodgates opened. The bar was raised, and realtors wanted it to compete against the other agents. Nowadays, if you don't do flambient around my neck of the woods you're far less likely to get the "good" gigs (and good clients). Same goes for any add-on: Show the market what is possible, crossing the barrier to entry with just a single client, and a chain reaction often ensues.
