Amazing he content, thank you. Question on the good failure example that you shared, how is it not having inventory considered as your failure. Reason for asking is I want to understand the perspective of the interviewer on potential scenario that we are providing whether they nit pick or they are focused on the content.

Great question! In this role, I was not responsible for inventory. I should make that more clear, and you are right that if I had been responsible for inventory, the failure would not reflect well on my inventory planning abilities.

That's the point! Describe a failure and how you recovered. It's the best way to answer failure questions.

@@CoachErika okay.. I maybe wrong, but I just felt that the answer was a smart, probably bit over smart way to dodge the failure question, and instead disguise it as a win / achievement.. just my opinion
