This is so awesome, succinct and effective. Especially ‘is this what you’re looking for?’ Absolute breaker to hear what they think and adapt to impress. Thank you.

You're welcome! Yes it forces them to indirectly think about whether you are what they want (and even if they don't tell you, you can try read their body language) 🙂

🤣🤣 the opening skits were definitely spot on with what not to do. As a hiring manager, it’s always an x mark in my head whenever ppl start telling me info that’s not relevant to the interview

Exactly 😅 it's none of our business. If it naturally comes up in conversation, fine but don't go out of your way to tell us.

@SongofaBeach2012 Жыл бұрын
You can refer to recent college experience, volunteer work, extracurricular activities or vocational training. Anything professionally speaking that pertains to the position you are interviewing for should be ok in place of work experience.

I have a very important question. You mean we can't start with our names and educational background?
@nicolenyasha2 жыл бұрын
They already have your name on the resume, its not necessary to tell them that. If you are a recent graduate you can talk about the education but if you're an experienced professional its always not necessary unless you are trying to change or pivot your career into something new and relevant to your education.
