brother please answer me ! i’m from Afghanistan i got acceptance letter so i’m worried about double legalization and you didn’t explain more about double legalization right now i’m on the moscow i have student visa and im living more then 2 years here in moscow and i get PCC from the our embassy which is located here in moscow and it has stamped by ministry of foreign affairs of afghanistan now what i need to do for double legalization?

did your university provide any letter regarding double legalization exception, which says that you can double legalize your pcc after coming to lithuania within 3 months. write email to your university and ask for this letter and upload it on migris website while applying. i hope this thing answer your question ,

For PCC + education documents, get your documents stamped by your country external affairs and then ask your university one letter which says that you should be exempted from providing the double legalization of your PCC ( sample is in telegram group pinned message). Upload that letter along with your PCC.
