Lucas is one of the biggest treasuries of FastCap and one of the secret weapon Paul has. Wish that every company could clone him.

This is a great presentation. Wish the 2 screens were not so small. I keep having to rewind and zoom in. (just trying to fix what bugs me).

Wow, since we meet Paul in Germany 2018 and learn from Michael from Yellotools, I always suck every video from Lucas! He is my personal celebrate twin! I learn so much about the importance of a water spider/ mizumashi in a lean company from him over the last years. He's summary of what lean is, is exactly what I told everyone who's asking me. Awesome talk, thank you Lucas!

I used to work in a pub / restaurant and i would set up left and right hand optimised salad bays depending on work flow and preferences of the operator. Magnetising them was the next step but i left...but later on in my new job I have stuck magnets to so many things like calculators to metal benches, mini rubbish bins, pens and sticker holders. Everything can be moved around by the operator so they can customise their work experience.

I feel like a kit was created that goes with the laptop so if Paul has to speak to a crowd via Zoom in the future, the microphone opportunity that was happening on stage doesn't happen.

Please explain. 07:55 In Paul's book 2sec lean he says to pay staff to do improvements is wrong, and that he says it is their job to do improvements, that their lives depend on it.

It’s very simple when you get hired at FastCap, we make it very clear. We are hiring you not to make woodworking tools, but you improve the way you make woodworking tools. Their lives depend on it because they will have a crappy life if they don’t improve things, but if they are always improving everything in their life, they are going to have a fantastic life.
