I use 2 tablespoon rosemary, 2 tablespoon of cloves, with 2 cups of hot water. I let it set for 24 hours. It has stopped my hair from breakage and falling out. I also use a black castor oil to prevent the dryness it has worked for me.

You can either spray ìt in your hair as your hair moisturiser, then you apply your favourite hair oil and seal it with a hair butter. When you apply clove, you shouldn't allow your hair to dry without apply the above mentioned else it will cause excessive dryness and breakage, you can also use it as a final rinse on wash day, leave it in your hair and apply your oils and hair butter to lock in Moisture . Hope this helps.

What oil do you recommend for hairs please? Cus mine is relaxed but I'm tryna convert it back to natural so maybe cutting it all off is the best 🤷. With the hair damage, won't you consider triming everything to the same level? So they all can grow together?Also the hair oil depends on your hair texture and porosity, I have a light weight hair so u used light oils like olive and coconut oil, if your hair is well dense, or the 4c type, kindly use Jamaican Black Castor Oil. The Shea butter is just a hair cream I use, you can use any hair butter of your choice, it's completely optional.

Yes that's the ideal way, however you can choose to go on a week or 2 challenge using the mixture consistently, after which you will cease using it for a month or 2. The golden rule for using this mixture is, always keep your hair hydrated or moisturised after use.
