How to Apply Continual Improvement by ServiceNow Sr PM

This video is disappointing low quality for Product School content. The audio has a weird hiss, the lighting is poor, the slides are not very visible, and the only available closed captions are only auto-generated and filled with errors. Even if the content is quite good, I'm having a hard time seeing it, hearing it, and reading the captions. Worse yet, there are no chapter markers... as a Product School student I want to jump to the point in the video that's relevant to unit 14.3, Continuous improvement. I can skip the "What is a Product Manager" section. Without chapter breaks and chapter links I must fast forward haphazardly.

I am so sorry about this Erin. We are always striving to improve our events and content. Now that our webinars are held virtually, we hope you agree the video quality has gotten better. We also work to add chapter markers in our newer uploads.
