There will not be any stamp. Within 72 hours if no issues, your approval will be issued. You can board a flight using this and then at port of entry you will get stamp on your passport

Hi can you clarify the "reference" section during the application. You have to know a person in India? Can you put the hotel name?

I do not have a given name on my Canadian Passport but the given name field is mandatory on the e-visa form. How should I fill my name. I have tried contacting their helpline but I am either unable to talk to them or they dont give the answer I need.

@@HelpingAll I did. They gave a very useless response. They asked me to leave the given name field blank which is not possible as it is a mandatory field. I am just tired. I have a flight in 3 weeks.

They either ask to call their helpline (which they never answer) or give a vague response. I am now looking for someone with a similar experience to understand how it worked out for them.

Where it says passport expire date on the application, I put in May 29, 2024. But it keeps saying that...... Your passport validity is less then 6 months from the date of proposed journey. It keeps saying that.

Hello i wondered if you could answer one thing for me. After i finish filling in Screen 2 where i put in my passport expiry date etc.. The system then will NOT let me proceed. After i click "Save and Continue" It goes back to the same Screen 2 but all the boxes are now blank!! I have tried more than 10 times now and still the same. Wondered if you had any recomendations? Thanks for the detailed walkthrough of the e-visa application. Quick Question regarding "Other Countries Visited in last 10 years" - I m assuming this is only based whether you have travelled in those countries on visitor/tourist visa. In my situation, I had PR (now citizenship) of Canada, and previously held Indian Passport - I haven't travelled to any country besides Canada and India. So should I just keep that field as Blank, or fill "Canada"?
