When I click view I am unable to see my passport document (it's in PDF format, I used Adobe Acrobat to convert it) - the file opens perfectly outside of the website but when I try to open it on the website using "View" it does not open. Why might this be, and will the document open for them?

I don't know my exact dates yet. Sometimes last week in January to the end or February. Like 40days. I dont want to biy airline tickets or book a airbnb cause i don't know if my visa will be approved or not. In addition i don't want to book a airline ticket last minute it will be too expensive. What order should i do this? Im a US citizen. Plus a last minute airbnb bookings im limiting my choices. Help!

where exactly is the signature required on the first page of the Visa app form? I signed it under the photograph area of the first page. Apparently, that is not right. Would you know? it would be of great help if you could answer my question. Twice they have said i haven't signed my first page of the application

Valid date is from the date you applied . For example, If you apply on 2nd June, Then we will be granted from the 3rd of June to the 4th of July ( One Month Evisa)

@@user-hy9id5dt2j You can arrive on the same and the next date or anytime before the visa expires . But a day before or earlier.. Usually I put one day earlier on the applicant. If my flight is on the 20th, I put on the 19th application. To be extra safe. IF YOUR VISA IS GOING TO EXPIRED, YOU SHOULD RENEW IT BEFORE TRAVELING. IF CASE, YOU GONNA STAY FOR A WEEK, YOUR VISA SHOULD BE VALID FOR A WEEK TOO.

Your video was very helpful. Do you have any advise on transit visa. I see contradictory statements online. Some say I don’t need it some say I do. I’m self transferring, I’m not checking in any bags (just carryover) and my layover is 3 hours. The airlines are different, but in the same terminal. I have email the Indira visa website and they told me to call the nearest embassy in the USA, but no body answers. Or anyone who can give me some advise?

@@bjenks hello 👋 yeah I filled up the form and everything is correct , and I got my visa but the problem is my middle name they forgot to include in my name , and we sent email 4times and 5 consecutive days we tried to call in given numbers 24/7 open they said but couldn’t connect to them 🥲 my flight is about to come

@@edralinerirao3083 I would take copies of the emails and go for it and any correspondence and any other info I had and put it in a professional looking folder so if asked I could whip out papers. They love that

I doubt it. I fill in various things for employment. The main thing is to add something and don’t add journalist or another profession that may cause an issue. One time I said business and got more scrutiny at customs

How do you do being in India all year? You can get the T1 10 year tourist multiple entry visa and only stay a total of 180 days per year. Within that 180 days you can come and go as many times you want. But not over 180 days!

Right that’s what I do. In past there was not a limit though. I stay 180 days and leave for a week and then come back for 180 more rays

@@bjenks ??Really?? I’m confused now. But it’s only 180 days within a calendar year Jan 1-Dec 31, right? You are not supposed to leave and come back in a week if you’ve exceeded your 180 days in that calendar year. Right? I used to do that back in earlier years, like you said-because of the “continuous days” rule. Now that is gone since 2022 when the borders opened again. All visas changed. The thing is, I’ve had this visa since 2018. I would never had known of the change if I wasn’t on social media in FB groups and KZbin. The embassy doesn’t notify you. In fact, it wasn’t completely clear in the multiple embassy consulate websites in the USA and India-all the info was different. Even the FRRO hasn’t updated their pages on the websites!

yes you can change the entry airport as long as it's air not land. check your evisa, it says all the possible entries.

Hi, I still have my 5 years visa running. It will expire on the 10th Dec 2023. I wonder If I can apply for the E visa before it expires.. Hi there. Little confused about the fees. The Government website shows $40 for a one year and $80 for a five year e-visa for US citizens. However, you mentioned hundreds of dollars - any update?
