Where do you click submitt after filling all the information and the dots are all green??? Nilikwama hapo.

Once they turn green they are submitted

It automatically turns green when all areas are filled. Probably check if you have clicked upload on the documents section.( other than just attaching file click the upload button for your head shot pic, resume and reference letters).
