@@dalidi_Tasha hehee i admit I was too paranoid about it am the one who didn't do a physical follow-up cause by November it was ready to be collected infact when I went to the poster for collection it took them time to retreave it cause it had overstayed there and almost got lost. Now I can proudly say patient and follow-up is all that's needed no need to bribe and being paranoid 😉

You make it sound really easy but it's a real hustle... the waiting is a headache and nightmare I applied for 34pages went for biometric August last year since then haven't received it. Am familiar with the "2 weeks" processing duration it's almost a year i don't understand.

So sorry for the ordeal Brenda.Our immigration department has recently changed so much.If you are in a hurry to get it the only solution is to push it.

@@MissPaulineWorldwide thanks for the info I think I understand now. it's a sad thing to know you've done your part and then you're taken in an endless circle to get what is rightfully yours. I have a friend he is working on getting 7k to have his processed faster, for some who can't afford that kind of money what do we do? Any other ways of pushing it? From August last year till now is a long time please make another video and address this kind of issues Kenyans need to know the reality of applying passports.
