Ask about accommodation and relocation package. Finding somewhere decent in Dublin is very difficult, but large corporates have bought many properties to facilitate Intra Company Transfers.

Thanks Aamir for the video. While the CSEP sounds like a good opportunity , how do we ascertain if a company is willing to hire a candidate outside of Ireland? It’ll be great if there’s a video on this. I think self sponsoring of the visa is not the main dependency here, it is the job offer itself.

For the permit, no. But after that you need to apply for GNIB and insurance is mandatory..

You should check the critical skills employment list on the official website and then only apply for a critical skill work permit.

Try to get a job offer in your area of expertise first, then you can apply. Alternative route is to pursue an approved English Language Course/Degree Course and work within Stamp 2 Conditions.
