Could you please explain more on attested marriage certificate. My nikah is happening next month but I won’t be able to visit india . I will just get the nikah paper through courier . I have applied through abshar for my family resident visa. After that i took the print out and signed by myself and handed over to company hr. Hr signed and sealed it but when i go to chamber of commerce they told i cant do chamber only my company can do it. But my hr told company cannot do it . Please any body can explain how to do chamber.?

Hello, quick question. The family residence visa is issued from absher. I and my agent are unable to see it on MOFA or enjazit. The status on absher shows approved and the visa can be seen on absher (istiqdam or labor importation section of absher). But not on MOFA. It has been many days. Have I missed any step. Please advise.

If the attestation of chamber of commerce have done from Eastern Region. But I am working at Near jeddah. Where should I get appointment from Istiqdam jeddah or Eastern region?

Your application cannot be processed because it does not fulfill Istiqdam e-service business rules. You can book an appointment with Istiqdam and submit your occupation to be studied manually. I am an engineer by profession and my family is already on permanent visa but I have not been given access to apply online for my child

If you are working in the government sector, it is possible by the GRO of your hospital. Doctors working in the private sector cannot bring their parents to Saudi Arabia.

Hi, I have accepted an offer (SAR 11000) to work in Riyadh for a private company. 1. My employer mentioned that my visa will be under labour category due to bla bla reasons and upon arrival they will change it to a decent visa category (Eg: Technician) 2. I do have a higher national diploma and 8 years working experience in the gulf (UAE) I have been hearing people saying that you need to have a degree and it has to be attested in the saudi embassy and bla bla. Yes u can bring on diploma but ur diploma must b eligible to attest suadi culture in ur country....
