1) Generally its for 3 years for working officials and for students its upto the last month of their course. 2) For a student work permit is not required. Students can work part/full-time jobs on their students card. 3) According to my knowledge its not very difficult. Also converting your internship totally depends on the duration of the project and your performance.

Good question! If there are any changes to the details that are in the work permit, one needs to apply for an "Update". This will just be an update and until then you anyway will have the initial copy. So that shouldn't be an issue.

I have only TRC for 3 year with that I can work and stay legally in Poland. I applied by myself. you need few documents and it's not that hard process you can say lengthy process but not hard
