Hi just stumbled upon your video today and you seem to have the right answer that I was looking for. I will like to reach out to you for more info. I arrived Canada with a job offer and I have previous 15 years of working experienced back in my home country, and I have applied for a community recommendation and received it. However, I feel discourage to apply for my PR because I currently do not have an ECA. Do you think I stand a better chance to apply for my PR without an ECA?
