That should be acceptable as long as it does not alter the natural appearance of the individual. However, if you ask for our suggestion, it's better to keep it simple because any photo without makeup or earrings is 100% accepted. So, wouldn't it be wise to take another photo rather than submitting one with doubts? The instructions clearly state to only mention children who are unmarried and under the age of 21, so you can leave that section empty. You should submit an application for yourself and have your child submit a separate application. Best of luck! Did you submit the form? If you submitted the form and received a confirmation number, but lost it, you will not be able to recover it immediately. However, you can still retrieve the confirmation number once the results are out. If you have not submitted the form, you can reapply. Do not submit the form twice if you have already done so, as this will lead to disqualification.
