Hello! I came to the UK with my wife in December 2022 on the study-dependent visa route. At that time my wife was on a student visa. During the studies, our 4-year-old child also came to the UK on a dependent child visa. Later, due to some personal reasons, he had to be sent to India. After some time, I also came to India to take care of him. Currently, my wife is in UK on the graduate visa route. So, if I and my baby have lived together in UK on student dependent visa and are currently in India, can we apply for a dependent graduate visa?

Brother I have 2 son. Elder one is 17 + 0f age and younger one is 15+of age. Both of them create their e visa account by applying themselves by providing their personal mail and phone number and add my details as helping person. They got e visa link and account create is successful. My question is... As a dependent child they create their own account by clicking account for me section, is it okay? In future can it make any problem because as a dependent child they create their own account.
