Do I need to apply to jobs that I know that I am not going to accept (due to distance constraints) to be able to find ones that are closer to me? I hear you (and other KZbinr's) saying to apply to everything. Once I get an assessment test does this puts me in the system and open up other opportunities that i'm not seeing? Hey Jay, I tested in the lower percentile but still passed. Guess I didn't lie enough! Do I still have a chance of getting considered for an interview? Another KZbinr debunked the high test score premise and said he went to a group interview with several people from 90's all the way down to the 70's. He said the main thing if you get your foot in the door for an interview is to dress to impress and slay your interview because they are not going to hire someone who scores high and doesn't impress there. Thoughts?

Gonna be a while. EVERYTHING is running slowly due to the virus. Orientation classes used to be 30 people plus. Now they are only 4-5 people.

Yes indeed.. .. Eventually they will start sending you backround check emails etc.. Then.. your status may change to Offer phase ext.

How long do they usually take to send you the offer Phase! I'm sure it varies. It's been 13 days for me, but I think I applied an hour or two after they posted the job.! 😄

When u fill out your application. It says at one point attach ur documents. What kind of documents we should attach. Documents about resume or school college degree. Or just put all details and not to attach anything.

Applied as a mail handler assistant about a month ago and it say OFFER PHASE EXT but it has been saying that for the past 3 weeks .how long does it usually take to get a start date ( did drug test and fingerprint and filled out background all on first day of being sent an email ) (WATCHED FULL VID BY THE WAY .keep it up

Unfortunately, the orientations are delayed ...They are having them.. but with smaller classses.. Im not sure as to a time frame yet.. All i can say is be patient. Stay safe!!
