Hi I just applied for the e visa for my son but it only allowed me to upload one photo and one document so I chose is passport copy. There was no option to upload consent letter etc. Any idea?

Hi, I have applied for an e visa for my canadian born 4 months old daughter.it is approved. We are planning to send her to india with her grand mother(wife,s mom). She came for my wife delivery. Now do we need any form as both of us wont be accompanying with her. Also please mention the helpline number.
