Something I found to be helpful is instead of doing the full brush motion with your hand, is that brush up half way, then blink, this way of applying mascara will help if you have a unsteady hand or are really bad at applying it

Put your hand above your lashes on your eye lid/eye brow are and pull up gently, then look down slightly and blink your lashes onto the brush as you wiggle the brush. The problem you're having is hooded eyes and naturally quite long lashes, the technique you use is fine but for different eye types :-)

Aesthetic Violets That's not creepy at all - one of my best friends from high school has Aspergers and I was glad that I was able to be there for her as a friend, as understandably, things were hard.
