Hello, I am exporting my scene from Max. But I cannot add materials. Because my model comes in one piece, how can I give separate materials to each object?My model is not mono block at max Thankyou

You'll need to apply the materials in max before bringing it to D5...u don't need to detail all the maps in the material... just make sure the software recognizes it as a different material from the other if you want them different

How can I import all the groups and components of sketchup model to D5 render? i tried but I only got groups in D5 the components doesn’t show up in D5 so the whole group selects as one object. How can I solve this?

I think they meant that when they import their sketchup models it shows as a one whole group not in separate ones like walls, roofs etc.

@@fripicodelock5856 yes correct but I figured it out and I am not sure its efficient method. But I make group of components that I want to have same materials ( for example- previously I had group of each separate window in sketchup but now I made 1 group of each window frame because all window frames have same material) or you can add a same color or material in sketchup on all objects that you want to have same color or material in D5.
