Shouldn't you do water popping after sanding before applying the oil? Or is that dependent on the wood? The harder/denser the wood, the more water popping is needed? And if sanding isn't necessary between coats, why is it in the video? Is there a difference between Polyx Oil Original and the 3032 used in the video? What's the best Polyx Oil to use for very hard tropical woods like cumaru or ipe? Would you use water popping for these woods?

Hi William, Water popping is not necessary when using an Osmo finish. When it comes to treating hardwood's we recommend only using our Wood Wax Finish Extra Thin 1101. Why store the roller if you can't reuse it? Why not scrape it of the oil, store that for reuse.
