Exactly same is happening with me as well. There isn't any option for uploading documents. After filling application form and clicking on " SUBMIT ", the system shows, " In Progress ". And there isn't any option for uploading documents.

I think this video is a bit misleading, and I would suggest those who want to visit South Africa for whatever reasons to visit nearest VFS and apply for a tourist visa - which has minimum paperwork.

Hi they take payment post approval of the visa but if you are hurry then can apply from VFS
