I follow the same steps as this, and i use dental grade products, and my gems are not sticking! I read if the gem falls off and the composite is not on the tooth the etch wasn’t done right OR the tooth was not dry?? Any tips

Another thing is if there’s too much moisture on the tooth. Do you have clients lay down or sit up?

I use a mini fan now to help ensure the tooth is dry, but they are sitting up

They last between 3 months and up to 3 years

Unfortunately, this is incorrect! The bond needs to be cured separately. Then the composite can be applied & cured.
