It is the Eligible fee status: Overseas, means tuition fees are for oversea student rates, not for local students.

Great video! I have a question, in my case I would have to do the Foundation Year, as high school in my country is only 3 years. But I already have a degree, and I saw that some universities don't require the Foundation Year if you studied 1 year of degree, would this apply to UCL?

Hi Daffa, normally UCAS is where all UCL admission application starts. Maybe because the course you're applying is not open for admission application yet or the course is already full. You may check back later or ask the school/department when the admission application opens.
