My brother is moving to UK , by opening his branch office. He wants me to join him after working for one year in his company. But by the time i finish my year working in his homeland branch he would have already started a new branch in UK, so as after trading starter expansion routes for workers isnt valid so how i can join him? If you or anyone who already got the Running Business in xyz country and aims to expand it to UK and that company appoint you as senior manager or specialist employee then on the basis of that you can apply for the UK expansion worker visa and then self sponsor a certificate of sponsor (cos) to yourself.
