Hi, thank you 😊 don’t worry. Once you pay the fee, you can’t edit. WES will send documents to IRCC; they should match our passport details. Any way, if you are in Canada, please call WES customer service and ask about the solution. If you have time, do it this way. and apply for the WES using the same REFERENCE NUMBER. Is there any mismatch? WES will contact you through email.

Hloo bro.. Njaan last october il ente statement of marks sent cheythu by post to canada from calicut university .. As per the tracking id the delivery has reached in canada on October itself.. But wes siteil annu muthal nonunnathan.. Its showing the status as hold.. There is an option to track the package in Wes.. I got the tracking id frm the university and when i checked with the id in wes site its showing that the delivery has been received at the wes documentation centre and it will take almost 10 business days to process and added to the account.. This message is showing since last December.. It has been more than 6 months with the same message.. I tried to email WES regarding this issue with attaching the reference number and tracking id.. But i didn't get a proper solution.. I already done the wes payment last year since im not active in the wes site the site got inactive itself and i paid again to reactivate the account.. I really do not knw what to do nw.. Please suggest to resolve this issue.. I will be greatful
