What Is Mental Health Treatment?
It’s an umbrella term for services and therapies that address mental and behavioral health disorders. It can refer to any one specific treatment or a combination of treatments.
There is no one specific mental health therapy that works for everyone, and treatment is never a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, a mental health program should be tailored for each person based on the type and severity of their illness, and their recovery needs, goals, and preferences. The doctors and therapists at quality, accredited, and licensed mental health facilities in Phoenix will usually collaborate to develop customized treatment plans for every patient who comes to them for help.

It's killing me.. I just relapsed after 9 years. Mine was like 12 hours . I'm so shameful.

I'm sorry to hear that. Remember, relapse doesn't erase your progress. It's a setback, but you're still strong and capable. Don't be too hard on yourself; focus on taking care of yourself and seeking support.

Nothing to be shameful about brother. 9 years sober is some warrior shit. We're all human and we all mess up. But our mistakes dont define who we are. Be proud you went 9 years sober, so few have done that, own the mistake, learn from it, and move on. It's just another scar on the amazing person you're becoming ❤

2:55 min in and I appreciate this video so much. I feel guilt so deeply, that I hallucinate voices talking about my bad behavior (schizoaffective, depressive type). I am subscribing in hopes for more encouraging videos like this. Please, for people still caught in addiction, give videos that encourage us. I am trying. I just started to drink less. It’s a huge step for me. I haven’t checked your other videos yet but I will stay subscribed if I feel the content is helpful to me now and beyond. I appreciate this video SO MUCH!!!

I feel so bad about my behavior. It hinders me. It makes me want to crawl back to my bad behavior, because I already feel hopeless. I am so encouraged by this video to try again tomorrow. Work is the biggest stressor in my life right now that causes me to drink. My job is more stressful than normal. Please and thank you!!!

Thank you for sharing so openly. It’s totally normal to feel stuck in that cycle of guilt and stress, especially when it’s tied to something as challenging as work. I’m so glad this video gave you some encouragement to try again tomorrow. You’ve got this, and we’re here to support you!

Research shows feelings of toxic guilt and shame can prevent a person from recovering from alcoholism, last year I tried to help my homeless coworker get sober it wasn’t successful, sometimes he got upset and cried because he couldn’t see his kid I think he was experiencing feelings of guilt and shame

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. You're not alone, and it's okay to seek help. Talking to a therapist or joining a support group can make a big difference. Be kind to yourself and keep reaching out. You're stronger than you think. 💪 If you need help, feel free to reach out to me.
