I sent a box of your roses to my girlfriend for her birthday and she got them today. She's a horticulturist and knows roses and I was a bit concerned that some of the claims you made for your roses were exaggerated. Well, I'm here to say that everything you say about them is true. Carol was blown away at the size and beauty of the blossoms and she said the smell was intoxicating and very heavy. Three other people saw the roses tonight and were equally impressed. One guy said they were the most beautiful and best-smelling roses he'd ever seen. Everything was perfect, including the shipping. I can't thank you enough for these incredible roses. The price is a bargain. I'll never get roses from anywhere else.

I ordered flowers for my wife from there site and picked a available delivery date just to get a email from them stating not only could they not deliver on that date but would be 6 more days past the date selected without any other options or compensation. I can't speak about the quality but I can say buy at your own risk as you may not get them when expected and if they are for a special day or a special someone you may be disappointed.

Hey Paul, if you got a message from us saying that the roses could not be delivered on the desired date it means that your order was received in our shipping system after the cutoff time. Not sure what compensation you were expecting other than the full refund we issued if you said you did not want them on a different date. We will be happy to find your transaction and send you a copy. To anyone reading this warning to buy at your own risk, you don't have to worry. When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation and as soon as your roses ship, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number so you can track your shipment directly. To avoid problems with delivery dates, be sure to order your roses with enough time, especially for the big holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day

Hello Scarlett, please take a look at the video above. It shows how the guard petals must be removed. The guard petals show some brown edges but that is normal. They are left on the flower on purpose to protect your roses during travel all the way from our farms to your door.
