Thank you Mike. The more I see your videos the more I like them. And the narration during the creative process is perfect. I haven t made yet the step to create my first real art journal page. I am a digital artist and I create a digital art journal. But video like yours make me feeling jumping into the real world.

Hi Mike, I’ve just stumbled across this video and I love it. I’ve been a subscriber for 2 years but hadn’t seen this. I actually love seeing how things have changed in these last 5 years in terms of your crafting space and videos. I am just starting out and it’s quite overwhelming but I can look upon your determination and maybe one day, just one day, I’ll have many subscribers too 😂 thanks Mike for the inspiration x

I've been watching many many of the mixed media vids. Their techniques have been useful.. but I came across yours and thought.. yeah! This was more of what I expect I don't know why. Your stuff reminds me of Terry Gilliam's work on Monty Python. lol I just like funny or crazy things that make a person smile, and I have seen too many flowery, laces or very busy pages! Keep on teaching, you're very good at it~ Thank you for your time and energy sharing with us!

Love your style of vintage....that is where my love of mixed medium art comes from. I love your eye for color and the images are so beautiful. It's so refreshing to see another male doing this type of art. Job well done. Looking forward to watch all your videos. I like the voice over it is helpful for me to know what the artist is doing and it makes it more a personal touch with your audience.

Mike Deakin Thanks Mike, for watching my videos. I'm trying to do more process videos. Just trying to find a good spot in my room to record. But until then I just make do with what I can. I do share layout videos instead of process videos. Because at the moment the process videos take a lot to edit. I guess one day I might just do a "real time" unedited process videos.

Mike, I am so happy to have found your videos and I love what you do on each one of your different pages -- especially the ones where someone else gives you the "inspiration." You are lovely! -- Mary in the US (Alexandria, VA) P.S. I always learn something new or a new tweek on something "old" and I just enjoy seeing how someone else's mind works with these prompts. For example, you said you put the paints away as you went along -- not everyone does that! Your experience with the gelli plates -- I just don't like them at all! Obviously I love your voice overs!
