I've been watching many many of the mixed media vids. Their techniques have been useful.. but I came across yours and thought.. yeah! This was more of what I expect I don't know why. Your stuff reminds me of Terry Gilliam's work on Monty Python. lol I just like funny or crazy things that make a person smile, and I have seen too many flowery, laces or very busy pages! Love your style of vintage....that is where my love of mixed medium art comes from. I love your eye for color and the images are so beautiful. Just came across your channel. I been watching a lot of art journal and mix media videos. I been doing a couple of art journal pages in my sketch book I had a lot of blank pages. I much prefer the video with the narration. This was a wonderful page and I love the way you stuck down the word crazy at an angle, fits the sentiment perfectly. Hi Mike. I'm Polly. This page is brilliant! I love the colors, the texture, the images and the saying. What a good idea to leave the extra tissue till painting is done. I tried to use my Ranger craft mat as a surface replacement for a gelli roll and it did not work at all. I'll keep experimenting. Thanks of the inspiration. Also, thumbs upon the narration.
