you missed the important part of securing it with tape, but by doing so you also missed the oppertunity to do the same mistake all the others do on youtube. Rolling the tape from the top down.. the correct way is from the buttom up! That way water wont get in. 73 de OZ6JO

Didn't know which band the antenna was for (assembler didn't mention it) until I saw the packaging. Seems kind of long for a 2 meter antenna.

Its a 2 meter and 70cm antenna. 3 stacked 5/8 for 2m - 7 stacked 5/8 for 70 cm
