0:40 I’m finding that the drawer bottom panels are too long for the drawer and they protrude out a by couple of mm. It is fully pushed down into the grooves. Is this a manufacturing error that i need to trim down a bit? Or is deliberate to allow a bit of play if I need to tilt the draws forward/backward using those top rails?

No the drawer bottoms should sit flush, I have had this before and it’s a manufacturing problem, I have trimmed them in the past

Hey mate got some similar drawer runners to fit recently but the fronts don't have any pre drilled holes. Any suggestions to get these marked up accurately. I've tried a few different methods but it's tough to get it spot on

Hi mate, good question actually, what I normally do is put the drawer on the runners and put it in the closed position, insert the bracket that connects to the drawer, I can then take measurements from either the door bellow or the worktop above it. I hope that makes sense

Not awkward at all, yes it will do there are two small screw points that hold the drawer front on and they will release the front.

problem is the drawer front is no longer attached to its bottom clips and they are stuck inside the drower sides- is there any way to remove the two clips from the drawer sides so that I can fix them back onto the holes on the drawer front? I can see absolutely no way to remove them

When you say coming out do you mean revoking the drawer or opening the drawer, if it’s opening the drawer then the most common fault is grit in the drawer runners. Hope that helps
