I got an older version but the trigger does not release on its own. You have to pull it out. Is that normal?

My string always break eversince I changed the one that comes with the trimmer... What is the best lane. Or string to buy??

Mine too I think the problem is the trimmer because it doesn't have the spring.

This video illustration and description is poor and un-educative. The product parts are illegible. Instead of focusing or zooming clearly on the parts or items under description you wrongly focus on the man. I can't get or see the parts where the trade is attached.

fairly reasonable product with PATHETIC instructions. How anybody without technical knowledge can put this together, paticularly the guard, is a mistery. Poor fitting parts made me want to throw this piece of expensive rubbish in the trash. Video did help, but does not show vital detail that is missing in those crappy instructions . Come on Guys, Rasie your game and stop seeling crap in the market!!
