This video walks through the process of assembling a YUTRAX X2 (TX 158) ATV utility cart. The assembly procedure covered in this video will be the same or similar on other YUTRAX utility trailers such as the YUTRAX X4 (TX 159). The assembly instructions that are included with the YUTRAX X2 Utility trailer are lacking in detail and incorrectly state that a 20mm socket is required. I believe that the castle nuts used to hold the wheels on this ATV utility dump cart are actually 30mm. The air ratchet I used to assemble this YUTRAX dump cart is an inexpensive Harbor Freight air tool. This Harbor Freight air ratchet can be purchased at your local Harbor Freight store for as little as $12.99 with the correct coupon. This video also provides evidence of the kind of package delivery services that UPS provides. As you can tell, UPS does not handle bulky packages well at all. Ship your large packed using FedEx as UPS clearly doesn't care about the quality of service.

Very helpful video, thanks!! I read your review on amazon and then looked up the video when my trailer was delivered. I haven't actually assembled yet but plan to take the laptop out to the garage instead of the instructions that came with the trailer, i'll let you know if i run into any problems but thanks to this video i feel confident that it will go together without any problems.

found this video from your amazon review. i work at Cabelas distribution center in the direct shipping department near salt lake city. i cant believe the condition this arrived in. i refuse to ship these via UPS because it is at the upper limit of weight that UPS will deliver. i ship all of these via ABF Freight or YRC Freight and they are shipped out on a pallet. for anybody looking to purchase one of these see if you can request to have them shipped this way. edit to add: i just looked and cant believe amazon sells this for $580! cabelas has these for $349 but are currrntly on sale for $299. i now know why i have been shipping so many of these in the last couple weeks.

I got one almost like this but solid deck, go the ball mount (coupler) I did and love it, I got tired of the noise and sloppiness of the pin. These trailers need some kind of fender , I get grass and mud on my loads and all over the frame. I installed a rubber mat from a horse stall mat and not only will it save the deck it holds loads a bit better. Also I installed ATV gun holders on the side for tools , I got the angled type so it clears the side railing just right so now I can haul shovels , rakes and even a pole saw. Lots of upgrades but well worth the extra if you are using your trailer a lot.
