How to assemble the Engwe L20 2.0 folding step-thru fat tire ebike

I swear I have watch at least 30-40 Engwe L20 2.0 review videos, and you are the FIRST reviewer I have seen that completely assembled the bike correctly. Most either didn't put the washers on the front wheel correctly or they put the wiring harness on the wrong side of the front rack. Hats off to you sir. Well done.

Assembling now. The handlebar part that you fold up to insert the handle bars into is a separate pice that I can’t figure out how to attach. I bought L20 2.0.

Since they switched to a 3" wide tire there may not have been a mag wheel available.
