I absolutely love this color 😍 i wish i would have bought one like this! To late for that now i done went ahead bought mine offline, And used the videos to set it up. I still had issues with some parts but got everything together within a half of an hour probably. Still had to run out to the store for it

It’s not chargeable. DC connection or battery operated.

If it's still in warranty and you have the receipt you should take it back and see if they can give you one with a cord.

We never tried the battery when we had it but we also use rechargeable batteries because of all the baby toys.

You'll need a Philips head screwdriver to open it, it's located on the part of the bar right under the seat.

Have you tried giving it a push to kickstart it? If it's plugged and on and still not working it might be worth getting a replacement or refund.
