How doesn't the knob guard fit? im sure all you need to do is remove the end pins and attach it on with the screw and bolt, like the normal shaft??

So fun fact, yes it turns out my old knob guard does fit, but I just needed the updated hardware and to remove the push pins that are currently in place (like you said) 😉 But now I got a spiffy new orange guard to show off!

I was sent mine with 2 bendy plastic lungs and I was told to drill the holes out no idea what he means

Are you talking about the washers at 3:37 in this video? Or are you talking about the yellow plastic rings?
