Thanks Daniel! You make it look so simple and easy. There is hope after all! I have a Nectar adjustable base and a Big Fig Matress. I read somewhere that I couldn’t install a headboard . Needless to say I was very bummed out to discover this because I really wanted to install a nice tufted headboard.

Great explanation of doing this adaption. My question is why are the bolts so long that the headboard meets the bracket? Sheet or anything that comes near it? Also, what do you do if you don’t have a new headboard that has holes?

We have a Dual King Ergo base (two twin XL mattresses).... can we still use these brackets, or do we need some sort of cross bar to connect the two twin bases, too? I'm just wondering about the two bed frames moving around......

You can use the headboard brackets. Just one set. One on the right one on the left just like a king
