Can I use fine sandpaper on a clean board? I have been told that the sandpeper makes rought surface on the board so we get better results in the pad adherence. What do you think about this?

A little of mine is starting to peel off, How can i stick it back down? Or should I just take it off.

+Cam Dean Hi Cam, you can try some 3M adhesive spray. However, once they start peeling it's better to pull it off and replace it. WD40 works great for dissolving the adhesive once removed.

Should I use a pad on a 7ft board?

It's totally up to you. Some people like having the pad so they know where there back foot is in relation to the end of the board. Some forgo the pad on a board that long because your feet generally land further up the deck than on a shortboard.
