I just tested it in training. You can press C-stick (CS) and jump at the same frame, press CS, then jump 1 frame after, or 2 frames after. So, for the most lenient example Frame 1, CS frame 2, CS Frame 3, CS+jump And if you press jump in the other 2 frames, it works. If its, Frame 1 jump Frame 2 jump+CS (or any frame after 1) Youll back air the wrong way. You basically performed a regular B-air If its Frame 1 CS ... Frame 4 jump Then the jump is too late, and a Fair will input. Note: this was tested with joker, but i believe its universal. So it really is IMMEDIATELY after, or same exact time, which will take some practice. I kept either jumping first or too late. Mad frustrating...

The method you use to imitate a rar is actually not an attack cancel, it‘s an IRAR. The input is almost identical but at not point are you ever canceling an attack (you can even clearly see so in the slow motion clip you used)

you don't need to be able to short hop with shoulder buttons. when you execute the inputs properly, it does a short hop aerial because it's based off the short hop attack macro.

Momentum can mean the property of the speed an object moves, simply. If you throw a ball, it soars through the air due to its momentum, and when it hits the ground it bounces. In smash, if you’re running, and you jump, you will move forward in the air due to your momentum.
