I use "bind attack move to left mouse key" and found it quite good. U will just be one click away from hitting minions/champions, instead of having to press A then click. But bare in mind this will cancel out your left click when using G for signaling, instead you have to press G and shift and click to signal.

best example for who will kill who, if you are walking into a bush if u right click in you need to find target once they are showed then click them if you attack move into the bush it will actually hit the target as its being revealed to you so its a lot faster and its reacting to a game sense opposed too a players reactions time

Utilize more fingers. I noticed my thumb doesn't do much besides sitting on space bar, playing locked cam by bad habit. Changed my keys to this: Q - Q W -W E - E R - Attack Move Click T - Ult Ignite - V Flash - B R for attack move click is convenient because it's using my dominant finger for an action I use most in game. Pinky finger for Q because it's my poking skill. Less strain when playing longer hours.

my friends introduced me to league last year the end of seas 8 i guess, told me to go bot lane and pick a champ, i had no clue what lanes are! i picked olaf and went botlane after they told me where it is, i wandered around and bam found a dragon! i thought that shit would make me a legendary viking once i killed it! now today after kinda 2 season, I get to find out that there's something called kiting! legit doesn't it cross their mind when they introduce someone to league that kiting needs a button connected to Attack move?! they never told me, i thought QWER DF are all that there's ! i thought kiting was a real pure skill of right klicking only!!!! the mental pain i was in whenever i had to kite and always ALWAY miss clicked and died, and ofc i raged a lot!

The only (my) problem with Attack Move Click is, when u try to kite a champ in lane with a minion wave around u, because u will always focus the minions. I heard it gives a hotkey to only attack move click champions, but i don t find it.

Only issue is that left click is bound to selecting the shop, items in the shop and moving camera when clicking on minimap and so on. If you bind left click to attack move. You’ll have to hold shift for the shop, the map and so on in combination. Also the default setting is hold shift and right click for attack move click if I dont misremember. Personally, having to involve shift was too much for me, in both ways, even though I’ve gotten used to left clicking for attack moving in other games. So now I only use right click to move, and A to attack move + click which I find absolutely most convenient. Spell targeting is on quick cast on the keyboard, where you hover the mouse/cursor where you want to land it. So it feels natural to do the same to auto target autoattacks with the button below. Idk, maybe I’ve played starcraft & warcraft for 2 many decades and cant let go of the A button.

there is a flaw to this. It will attack the closest enemy. Including minions. So if the enemy is chasing you with minions near you, you will fail to hit the enemy by hitting minions.
