My advice is: feel good wherever you go, listen to the music that motivates you, wear your favorite clothes everyday, just be yourself and have fun and make friends with everyone you meet, never avoid eye contact, try to make jokes with colleagues at work, even with the ones that you don't usually meet, be always nice to your family and pets. That will increase your confidence 1000%. Here’s a very good tip a wiser man than me told me once. If you chat to women you’ve never met before, like in a bar, it’s very important to make sure you leave the conversation and walk away FIRST and not her but say something like nice talking to you next time I see you I ll buy you a drink, very casually. Then 2 things will have happened, first she’ll see that she wasn’t in control of the conversation, situation but you were. And secondly you won’t have come across as either needy or predatory, which she ll like because you didn’t try and hit on her. Chances are the next time if she sees you she ll feel much more comfortable approaching you as a result. This really does work.

I actually ended up and married 2 women that I unknowingly did this to, because I was NOT that attracted to them in the beginning and that made me a challenge to them so they tried harder... of course 2 years down the road, it was like they owned me and didn't even have to try anymore so they let themselves go, got fat, lazy and entitled... and we divorced. But yeah, now I get it! Duh. It was right there in front of me the whole time. Butterflies? You don't have butterflies when you don't have any attraction to a woman... you can talk to them like they're in the friend zone and be cool, layed back and don't have to walk on eggshells. One of them actually told me she felt so comfortable with me that she felt she could tell me anything.... and yeah she could, I had no vested interest and I treated her like nothing more than a casual acquaintance. I asked her questions like a therapist would - just to keep the conversation going... nothing more. CRAZY. I wasted 10 years married to a 300 lb woman, when (if I knew what I was doing) I could have found someone far better looking and way more my equal in health, fitness, education etc... if only, right?

When a met my wife who in her 40's is till approached by guys in their 20's, she had far more money AND status. I was out of work (the airline I flew for filed chapter 11 and furloughed me.) When she asked me what I did I said, "I fly for food." When she didn't get the joke, I said, "I'm a ground instructor for a small business." She was an OBY/GYN. MGTOWS have a dire psychological need to believe that it's all about wealth and status because then they don't have to take responsibility for their toxic belief system that results in misogyny or their fear of rejection. "Hey. I don't have money or status. Why try?" @@andredarin8966 I think MGTOW premises are a little different than what you are portraying. It's the awareness that women can't really love a man, but only what a man can DO for them, protecting, providing, procreating. Most men when they get sick or lose their jobs get the boot. I realized this when I was married and stopped giving a crap about how I came off to anybody because I was already married. I didn't need to attract women. Someone how that lack of caring made them more interested than they ever were before I was married. I didn't wear a ring or anything. I actually had to start dropping "my wife" in conversations to hint that I was married so they'd know I wasn't available. Now that I'm single I stuck with that same attitude I had when I was married and it works very well. That "I don't care how this conversation turns out" feeling attracts women. I've tried explaining this to other men and they all claim they do this. Then I probe a little more and it becomes obvious that they still don't have any real confidence inside, so they're not really doing it at all. Then when I explain this, they dismiss me and continue being alone and miserable. Some people just refuse to believe they're still doing it wrong.
