I have created invoice where there are repeated sales so i need to manually put in name & address is there any way i can pull data into fields with one click or easy way to auto fill names and address ??

Yes! Are you asking if this is possible to pull data from one field on a PDF into a different field on the same PDF? If so, this tutorial shows you how to ensure that the new field you create autofill of fields. If you're referring to pulling in data from lets say a spreadsheet into the PDF invoice, there are third-party PDF tools that allow you to merge data from a spreadsheet or a database into your PDF invoice templates. You can prepare a CSV or Excel file with names and addresses and use software like PDF Merge or Integromat to automate the data insertion into your invoices. Hope that helps! 😊

Hi My issue is how to replicate about 5 completed fields in one PDF document to other separate 10 or 20 pdf documents. (the names and positions of the fileds to treplicate in the one document, are identical in the other (identical) documents too.)

To copy the fields from one PDF to multiple others in Adobe Acrobat Pro: Set Up Fields in the First PDF: Open your PDF, go to Tools > Prepare Form, and create the fields (name, address, etc.). Save it. Export the Data: Go to File > Save As Other > FDF (or XFDF) to save the field data. Import Data into Other PDFs: Open the other PDFs, go to Tools > Prepare Form, and click Import Data. Choose your saved FDF/XFDF file, and it’ll auto-fill the fields in the same spots. This way, you can quickly replicate the fields in all your documents!
