I would add just 1 more tip: re-evalaute your priorities. Sometimes burnout is inevitable, but sometimes it's the result of taking on too many non-essential projects, side hustles, commitments etc. all at once. I might suggest taking just 10 minutes to sit down and ask yourself the following questions: 1) Does how I spend my time align with my core values? If not, what can I cut so that I am focused on what is truly important to me/necessary? 2) Am I spending my time on non-essential tasks that do not bring me joy? How can I say no to some of these things? By focusing on what is essential (9-5 job) and what is most valuable to me (time to rest) I find I'm less likely to experience burnout. Reviewing how you've time blocked the past few weeks is a great way to quickly check if you've overscheduled yourself, or scheduled too much time doing that which is unnecessary or doesn't fulfill you.

Schedule time to recharge..yes. Finding incredible joy in every day.. Check. Walking, absolutely, with the dog at my side! And when it's below 100 degrees and past the time of day of heat advisory!! Waiting patiently for fall and cool mornings.
