Hello Mam . I live in India, I want to apply for student visa to Australia along with my partner. My sister is a permanent resident of Melbourne , my question to you is that to apply for a spouse visa, what should be the duration of our marriage. Is it important for us to live together for one year? And are there any chances that our visa will get rejected if our marriage is 6 months old. We plan to live in Melb with my sister so can that be a problem ? It would be really helpful to have your guidance since there is a lot of information on the internet which can be misleading.

Hi, what if this is the case? A couple marrying this year sep 2019, then applying for the universities or before hand and getting a seat there and applying for student dependant visa once married, so can they get the student and dependant visa?? For 2020 Feb or July intake??. They have mentioned 12 months but the only the de facto ( live in relationship) ?? For applying dependent via for husband to Australia, the husband should have same qualification of the applicant (wife)? When I enquire in an agency they said like that. I dint found this requirement in any website. Please give connect information. Thank you
