Hello! I'm always following your videos . But here I can tell you, you aren't the right personne to talk about weight ! You are only talking about food. Wich is nothing in taking kilos. Yes loosing 4 kg, or gaining 4kg, but that is nothing! You eat a little bit too much, the next day a little bit sport and it's ok. I just get 40 kilos without eating nothing.. That's the chimical aspect of loosing or gaining wait! 1. Heritage. 2 . Constitution of the body of your family member 3. The medecine you take 4. The metabolism ( how your body is burning caliries). 5. How you were since your are a little (the constitution of the body) 6. The traumas you lived before 7. The emotions, your body is eating the emotions you are going thru... So many things to say...

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and for following my videos-I truly appreciate your support! You bring up some excellent points about the many factors that influence weight, from genetics to metabolism to emotional health. This is such a complex topic, and I completely agree that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That said, this particular video was very specific to tips for navigating the holidays without gaining weight. I focused on practical strategies like staying active, eating mindfully, and managing portion sizes-not necessarily major weight loss or gain strategies. My goal was to provide simple, actionable advice for a very specific scenario. The weight loss I referenced in the video comes from my personal experience losing about 15 lbs at a 20 BMI, which was incredibly challenging due to factors like age, low body fat, and being a mom of three. While I recognize that everyone's journey is unique, I wanted to share what worked for me in case it resonates with others. You’re absolutely right that there’s so much more to explore on this topic, and I really appreciate you highlighting the bigger picture-it's something I’ll keep in mind for future content! Thank you again for your thoughtful comment. Warmly, Paula
